Chintamani Parswanath Jinalay built in 1879, is situated in Dadawadi Complex on Bhuj-Mandvi Road in Mandvi Kutch.

The temple is decorated by exclusive carving all around and has carving of many dev-devis inside the temple and on outside of temple.

The temple which is more that 100 years old needed repair and restoration and hence JRD Shah alongwith his elder brother Dr. Naresh Shah who is settled in USA decided to get the restoration, repair and colouring work done of the temple in the year 2005. The Jirnoddhar work continued for more then a year and was completed in 2006. All the Carvings and statues of Dev and Devi on the walls of temple were repaired & restored to its old glory.

The colour work of the temple was done with best colouring materials with added pure gold & silver whereever there was Gold color or Silver Color.

The completion of Jirnoddhar work was selitipated with pooja and swamivatsalye for entire Jain community (5 gatch) of Mandvi.

The chintamani Parswanath Jain Temple (Dada wadi) is a must visit of every jain tourist who visit Mandvi Kutch.

10 Tirth path of famous jain tirth were also prepared inside the temple for darshan.
